Practice Information
Appointments for radiology services are available Monday through Friday. If you would like to make an appointment, please call our front office staff at (480) 635-1110 and select 6. We encourage you to bring all current and pertinent medical records and information, any recent radiographs, and any previous ultrasound reports or images of your pet with you to your appointment. For your convenience, you can request that your pet’s primary care veterinarian fax some of this information to our office, along with a completed referral form, prior to your appointment. This information will better assist in the diagnosis of your pet’s condition. Please be prepared to have your pet stay a minimum of one to two hours. Often, longer periods of time are required for further diagnostics or consultations that may need to be performed. Here is the link to the AVI referral form for patients being referred to AVS and for veterinarians requesting radiology services for patients under their care.
